Ingredients
Substitutions
For the dough:
• 400 grams flour
• 200 milliliters warm milk
• 15 grams yeast
• 50 grams butter, melted
• 1 egg
• 60 grams sugar
• Pinch of salt
For the filling:
• 200 grams farmer’s cheese
• 2 table spoons sugar
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 tea spoon vanilla sugar
• Filling: jam or fruit instead of cheese.
• Milk: plant milk.

1. Prepare yeast dough: mix flour, milk, yeast, sugar, egg, butter, salt. Knead and rise 1 hour.
2. Mix cheese with sugar, yolk, and vanilla.
3. Divide dough into 8 balls. Flatten slightly, press a hollow in the center. Fill with cheese mixture.
4. Place on tray, rise 20 minutes.
5. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes until golden.
