• 2 slices rye bread
• 150 grams farmer’s cheese, mixed smooth
• 1 medium tomato, sliced
• A few chives or dill, chopped
• Salt and black pepper

• Farmer’s cheese: ricotta or cottage cheese pressed dry.
• Rye bread: any bread you like.
