Substitutions
• 2 carrots
• 2 potatoes
• 1 parsley root (or parsnip)
• 1 celery root (small piece)
• 100 grams green beans
• 1 onion
• 2 table spoons butter
• 1.5 liters vegetable stock
• Salt and black pepper
• Fresh parsley
• Butter: oil.
• Green beans: peas or broccoli.

1. Peel and chop all vegetables.
2. Fry onion in butter until golden.
3. Add vegetables and stock. Bring to a boil.
4. Simmer 30 minutes until soft. Season.
