Substitutions

• 600 grams potatoes
• 1 small onion
• 1 egg
• 3 table spoons flour
• 3 table spoons oil for frying
• Salt and black pepper

• Flour: potato starch (gluten-free).
• Onion: garlic for a sharper taste.

Allergens

Egg, Gluten (flour)

1. Peel potatoes and onion. Grate finely.
2. Place in a bowl, squeeze out excess liquid.
3. Add egg, flour, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan. Spoon mixture into pan, flatten gently.
5. Fry 2–3 minutes each side until golden brown.
6. Place on paper towel to remove extra oil.
