Ingredients
Substitutions
• 300 grams flour
• 120 milliliters warm milk
• 15 grams yeast
• 50 grams butter, melted
• 1 egg
• 50 grams sugar
• Pinch of salt
For the filling:
• 200 grams ground poppy seeds
• 50 grams honey
• 50 grams raisins
• 30 grams walnuts, chopped
• 1 tea spoon cinnamon
• Honey: sugar or syrup.
• Nuts: almonds or hazelnuts.

Gluten (flour), Dairy (milk, butter), Egg, Tree nuts (walnuts)
1. Prepare yeast dough: combine milk, yeast, sugar, flour, butter, egg, and salt. Knead, cover, rise 1 hour.
2. Mix poppy seeds with honey, raisins, walnuts, and cinnamon.
3. Roll dough into a rectangle, spread filling evenly, roll tightly.
4. Place on tray, rise 30 minutes.
5. Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
