• 100 grams mushrooms
• 1 onion
• 1 table spoon oil
• Salt and black pepper

• Dough: egg-free version.
• Filling: fresh cabbage instead of sauerkraut.
• Mushrooms: dried forest mushrooms for stronger taste.
Allergens

1. Chop sauerkraut, mushrooms, and onion. Fry in oil until soft, season with salt and black pepper. Cool.
2. Prepare dough (as above). Roll thin and cut circles.
3. Place 1 tea spoon filling in each circle, fold and seal edges.
4. Cook in salted boiling water until dumplings float.
How to make
Serving tip
Serve with fried onion and melted butter.
