Substitutions

• 1 pear
• 1 table spoon walnuts, chopped
• 1 tea spoon honey

• Pear: apple.
• Walnuts: almonds or hazelnuts.

Allergens

Tree nuts (walnuts)

1. Cut pear in half, scoop out core.
2. Place on baking tray.
3. Fill center with walnuts and drizzle with honey.
4. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes until soft.
