Ingredients

Substitutions

• 3 potatoes
• 2 carrots
• 100 grams peas (cooked or canned)
• 2 pickles
• 2 boiled eggs
• 100 grams cooked chicken or ham
• 3 table spoons mayonnaise
• Salt and black pepper

• Mayonnaise: yogurt or sour cream.
• Chicken: omit for vegetarian version.

Allergens

Egg (boiled eggs, mayonnaise), Dairy (if mayonnaise contains milk derivatives)

1. Boil potatoes and carrots until soft. Cool, peel, and dice.
2. Dice eggs, pickles, and chicken or ham.
3. Combine all ingredients with peas in a large bowl.
4. Add mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently.
