Ingredients

Substitutions

• 120 grams rolled oats
• 400 milliliters milk (or plant milk)
• 1 table spoon poppy seeds
• 4 plums, pitted and sliced
• 1 table spoon honey
• A pinch of cinnamon
• A pinch of salt

• Milk: plant milk or half milk, half water.
• Plums: apples or pears.

Allergens

Dairy (milk), if used, Gluten (oats may contain traces unless certified)

1. In a pot, bring milk and a pinch of salt to a gentle simmer. Stir in oats.
2. Cook on low heat for about 5–7 minutes, stirring, until creamy.
3. In a small pan, warm the plums with honey and cinnamon for 2 minutes.
4. Stir poppy seeds into the porridge. Serve with warm plums on top.
