Ingredients
Substitutions
• 500 grams minced pork or beef (or mix)
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2 slices white bread, soaked in milk
• 1 egg
• 3 table spoons breadcrumbs
• 3 table spoons oil
• Salt and black pepper
• Meat: chicken or turkey mince.
• Bread: gluten-free bread.
• Breadcrumbs: crushed cornflakes.

1. Soak bread slices in milk for 5 minutes, then squeeze out liquid.
2. Mix minced meat with onion, soaked bread, egg, salt, and black pepper.
3. Shape into patties, coat lightly in breadcrumbs.
4. Heat oil in a pan. Fry patties on medium heat, 4–5 minutes each side until golden and cooked through.
