Ingredients

Substitutions

• 250 grams farmer’s cheese (or ricotta pressed dry)
• 1 egg
• 2 table spoons sugar
• 60 grams wheat flour
• 1 tea spoon vanilla sugar (optional)
• Oil or butter for frying

• Farmer’s cheese: ricotta or cottage cheese pressed dry.
• Wheat flour: oat flour for a lighter version.

Allergens

Dairy (cheese, butter if used), Egg, Gluten (wheat flour)

1. Mash the farmer’s cheese with a fork until smooth.
2. Add the egg, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Mix well.
3. Stir in the flour until a thick dough forms.
4. Shape small flat pancakes with floured hands.
5. Fry on medium heat with oil or butter, about 3 minutes per side, until golden.
