Substitutions
• 500 grams farmer’s cheese (twaróg), finely ground
• 150 grams sugar
• 3 eggs
• 100 grams butter, softened
• 2 table spoons potato starch
• 1 tea spoon vanilla sugar
• Optional: raisins
• Cheese: ricotta or quark.
• Potato starch: corn starch.
• Butter: margarine.

1. Beat butter with sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
2. Mix in cheese, starch, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
3. Grease a baking tin and line with parchment. Pour in batter.
4. Bake at 170°C for 60 minutes until set.
5. Cool before slicing.
