Ingredients

Substitutions

• 2 pork chops (about 150 g each)
• 1 egg
• 3 table spoons flour
• 5 table spoons breadcrumbs
• 3 table spoons oil or lard for frying
• Salt and black pepper

• Meat: chicken breast or turkey cutlet.
• Frying fat: butter instead of oil.
• Breadcrumbs: crushed crackers.

Allergens

Gluten (flour, breadcrumbs), Egg

1. Pound pork chops thin between sheets of plastic.
2. Season with salt and black pepper.
3. Prepare three plates: one with flour, one with beaten egg, one with breadcrumbs.
4. Coat pork in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
5. Heat oil in a pan and fry cutlets 3–4 minutes each side until golden.

How to make

Serving tip

Serve with potatoes and mizeria (cucumber salad).
