Ingredients
Substitutions
• 600 grams pork ribs, cut into pieces
• 2 onions, sliced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 table spoon flour
• 2 table spoons oil or lard
• 500 milliliters stock
• 1 bay leaf
• Salt and black pepper
• Flour: potato starch.
• Pork ribs: beef short ribs.
Allergens
Gluten (flour)
1. Season ribs with salt and black pepper. Coat lightly in flour.
2. Heat oil in a pot, sear ribs on all sides until browned.
3. Add onions and garlic, fry until golden.
4. Pour in stock, add bay leaf.
5. Cover and simmer on low heat 1.5–2 hours until tender.
How to make
Serving tip
Serve with mashed potatoes or bread dumplings.
