Substitutions

• 300 grams blackcurrants (fresh or frozen)
• 1 liter water
• 3 table spoons sugar (adjust to taste)
• A small strip of lemon peel (optional)

• Blackcurrants: blackberries or blueberries.
• Sugar: honey or maple syrup.

1. Add blackcurrants, sugar, water, and lemon peel to a pot.
2. Bring to a gentle boil and simmer 10 minutes.
