Substitutions

• 3 apples, sliced
• 1 liter water
• 3 table spoons sugar
• A handful of fresh mint

• Sugar: honey or syrup.
• Mint: lemon balm.

1. Place apple slices, sugar, and water in a pot.
2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add mint and let cool.
