Substitutions
• 3 medium carrots
• 2 medium apples
• A piece of fresh ginger (about 2 centimeters)
• 200 milliliters cold water
• Apples: pears for a sweeter version.
• Ginger: omit for a milder taste, or add lemon juice for extra freshness.

1. Wash and peel carrots and apples, cut into small chunks.
2. Peel ginger and slice thin.
3. Place everything into a blender or juicer. Add water.
4. Blend until smooth, strain through a sieve if you prefer clear juice.
5. Chill before serving.
