Substitutions
• 300 grams wheat flour
• 150 grams butter
• 100 grams sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 kilogram apples
• 1 tea spoon cinnamon
• 1 table spoon breadcrumbs
• Butter: margarine.
• Apples: pears.
Allergens
Gluten (wheat flour), Dairy (butter), Egg
1. Mix flour, sugar, butter, and eggs into dough. Divide in two.
2. Peel and grate apples, mix with cinnamon.
3. Press half dough into lined tin, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
4. Spread apples on top.
5. Crumble or roll rest of dough over apples.
6. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes until golden.
