Ingredients
Substitutions
For the dough:
• 300 grams flour
• 150 milliliters warm water
• 1 egg
• 1 table spoon oil
• Pinch of salt
For the filling:
• 200 grams farmer’s cheese, pressed smooth
• 50 grams raisins, soaked in warm water
• 2 table spoons sugar
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 tea spoon vanilla sugar
• Cheese: ricotta or quark.
• Raisins: dried cranberries.
• Sugar: honey.

1. Mix flour, warm water, egg, oil, and salt into smooth dough. Rest 20 minutes.
2. For filling, combine cheese, drained raisins, sugar, yolk, and vanilla sugar.
3. Roll dough thin, cut circles with a glass.
4. Place filling in the center, fold, and pinch edges.
5. Cook dumplings in salted boiling water until they float (3–4 minutes).

Serve with sour cream, melted butter, or dusted with powdered sugar.
